สค. เข้าร่วมการประชุม ASEAN Conference and Workshop on Family Development Network ผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล

วันอังคารที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 07.30 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย ณ ห้องประชุมแก้วกัลยา ชั้น 19 กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ นางจตุพร โรจนพานิช อธิบดีกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว มอบหมายให้ นางนัฏญา วรชินา ผู้อำนวยการกองส่งเสริมสถาบันครอบครัวเข้าร่วมการประชุม ASEAN Conference and Workshop on Family Development Network ผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยกระทรวงสวัสดิการสังคมและการพัฒนา สาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ ระหว่างวันที่ 12-14 พฤษภาคม 2569 ซึ่งการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีผู้แทนภาควิชาการ นายทวีชัย เจริญเศรษฐศิลป์ ผู้อำนวยการวิจัย สถาบันอนาคตศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนา ผู้แทนองค์กรภาคประชาสังคม ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. อาภา ภัคภิญโญ สมาชิกสมัชชาสุขภาพ จังหวัดนครปฐม และเจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวง พม. ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการประชุมดังกล่าว

ในโอกาสนี้ ประเทศไทยได้นำเสนอ Video Presentation เรื่อง “การขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการด้านครอบครัว ตอบรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านประชากร” การอภิปรายในหัวข้อ “Emerging Trends and Challenges to Families” ซึ่งเน้นย้ำการดำเนินนโยบายด้านสังคมของประเทศไทย ในประเด็น “การเสริมสร้างสถาบันครอบครัว สร้างชุมชนเข้มแข็ง” เช่น การขับเคลื่อนโรงเรียนครอบครัว ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการสร้างระบบดูแลที่เข้มแข็งโดยครอบครัวและชุมชน ควบคู่กับการส่งเสริมคุณค่าของผู้สูงอายุและลดช่องว่างระหว่างวัย และร่วมหารือแนวทางการจัดตั้งเครือข่าย ASEAN FamNet เพื่อเป็นเวทีระดับภูมิภาคในการแลกเปลี่ยนนโยบายและงานวิจัย พร้อมทั้งจัดทำแผนงานระยะปานกลาง พ.ศ. 2569 – 2573

The Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development (DWF) attended the ASEAN Conference and Workshop on Family Development Network via video conference.

On Tuesday, 12 May 2026, at 7:30 hrs. (Thailand time), at the 19th floor Keawkanlaya meeting room, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS). Mrs. Jatuporn Rojanaparnich, Director-General of the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development, has assigned Ms. Nattaya Vorachina, Director of the Division of Family Institution Promotion, to attend the ASEAN Conference and Workshop on Family Development Network via video conference, hosted by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, the Republic of the Philippines, 12-14 May 2026, with Mr.Taweechai Charoensedtasin, Research Director, Institute of Future Studies for Development (IFD), Assistant Professor Dr. Apa Puckpinyo, Provincial Health Assembly, Nakornpathom, and relevant MSDHS officials.

 In this regard, Thailand took an opportunity to present a Video: Implementing the family action plan to respond to demographic changes. To be a panelist on the topic: Emerging Trends and Challenges to Families, which has emphasized Thailand’s social policy: strengthening the family institution, building a strong community. For example, the Family School Programme, which aims to strengthen the family and community-based care system, along with promoting active ageing and reducing the intergenerational gap. Also, to participate in a discussion on the concept note of establishing the ASEAN FamNet as a regional forum for exchanging family policies and research, and the ASEAN medium-Term Work Plan for Family Development Network (2026-2030).
